Company History ::
DWMS has successfully performed janitorial services since 1988 and has provided service to many buildings in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as facilities maintained under government contracts at Fort Lewis, Washington, and Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. DWMS is a full service janitorial/maintenance company. By having a Project Manager/Supervisor at every location, the President/Owner, Daniel T. White, is able to provide direct supervision at each location, as needed.

Munson Army Health Center - Fort Leavenworth, Kansas
Description of Services:
At Munson, DWMS provides the Army with an experienced and capable contract manager, a quality control specialist, supervisors, crew leaders and custodians. DWMS monitors employees' work performance to ensure that DWMS meets or exceeds the Government's requirements. DWMS provides an operations log, work schedule as well as general, special, and periodic cleaning schedules.
Fort Lewis - Department of the Army
Description of Services:
At Fort Lewis, DWMS provided the Army with an experienced and capable contract manager, a quality control specialist, supervisors, crew leaders and custodians. DWMS monitored employees' work performances to ensure that DWMS met or exceeded the Government's requirements. DWMS provided an operations log, work schedule and general, special and periodic cleaning schedules.
Specialized work at Fort Lewis included offices, restrooms, libraries, education facilities, a gymnasium and movie theatre. DWMS was responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Army's medical clinic used for health and medical readiness checks before soldiers were sent to Iraq, as well as upon their return.
Gabriella Charter School
Description of Services:
At Gabriella Charter School, DWMS provides the school with daily cleaning of the following: classrooms, administrative offices, teachers' lounges, libraries, hallways, and restrooms. Periodic cleaning consists of stripping and waxing of floors, shampooing of carpets, and window cleaning.
Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc.
Description of Services:
DWMS provides janitorial service at five industrial parks in the greater Los Angeles area. This service includes carpet cleaning, sweeping/blowing of common grounds, cleaning of shrubbery areas, and cleaning of dumpster areas (making sure the surrounding area is free of all trash). We make sure all drains are debris-free and keep all buildings, business/management signs and surrounding walls graffiti-free at all times. We are responsible for small electrical jobs, painting and plumbing repairs. Upon request, we power wash the common grounds.
Tom Flesch Realty
Description of Services:
DWMS provides janitorial service for the common grounds of several condominium complexes in the Los Angeles and West Hollywood areas. This includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of stairways and elevators, cleaning of garages, and cleaning of swimming pool areas and recreation rooms. Semi-annually, we strip and wax the floors and power wash the garages. We are responsible for small electrical jobs, painting and plumbing repairs.
