Mr. White has over 15 years of corporate and project management experience. As President of DWMS Inc., Mr. White is responsible for the day-to-day executive management of the company. He develops and administers the basic policies of the company according to DWMS's charter. He sets its general operation objectives and delegates authority to his managerial staff to ensure that objectives are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. He ensures compliance with the policies of DWMS. He monitors all activities and aims at maintaining good customer relations.

Allison brings over 20 years of experience in the legal and corporate fields to DWMS. She works closely with Mr. White regarding the day-to-day operations. Allison is very accessible to DWMS's employees at all times.

DeRonn has over ten years of janitorial experience, specializing in floor care. He has been a Floor Care Supervisor for six years.

Executive Housekeeper

Sandy is currently our Executive Housekeeper at Munson Army Health Center, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. She is a certified member of the International Executive Housekeeper's Association (IEHA) who specializes in the cleaning of medical facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, dental offices, etc. She has experience handling a crew of 45 people and as many as 60 buildings at one time.
